Cathleen LoGrasso has a Master’s in Education from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. She taught for over 20 years [5 of those years she worked as a principal]. A friend of mine in the philippines has been drinking alkaline ionized water for two months.
I thought I might try it. Which is the the most useful? Do they connect like the water filters on the tap?

I have been drinking alkaline water. I am using nano alkaline water flask. I bought it for 3000 Philippine peso and I am totally satisfied of the results. My face often gets break-out before but i noticed that i don’t get pimples anymore. I also have sleeping problem (insomia) but now sleeping is not a problem anymore. I noticed aswell that the more acidic my food intake the more i urinate and its color yellow even though i am not taking any vitamins. I have regular bowel too. I think its the effect of alkaline water. What is great with my alkaline water flask is that I can bring it anywhere.
I have surveyed prices of alkaline flask and what i have now is the most cheapest in the market. I got it from a friend who supply it in factory price. Some company offers it up to 9000 thousand pesos (which is very expensive) may be because they are in networking business.
